fit2cook food education

fit2cook wants to get all children cooking.  We would love the next generation to grow up caring about what they eat and to know where their food comes from. fit2cook runs cooking in the curriculum workshops  for primary schools and the successful Create & Cook Competition for secondary schools along the South Coast.  We also also run training  courses for teachers.

"fit2cook runs a fantastic cooking programme for us based around the new Primary Curriculum.  We are always impressed by the way Min effectively instils in our children a love of cooking, an understanding of where food comes from and the importance of a healthy and  varied diet." Nicky Osborne, Headteacher, All Saints Primary School, Winchester

fit2cook also gets out and about  at local events and food festivals  with our fun children's activities.  Please do look at our recipes,  keep up to date with our news and watch our fun videos to see what we do!
