Fit2cook Food Education has made this series of films with young cooks exploring where their food comes from. We follow them as they go out on to farms in Hampshire to meet their local food heroes. In this film one of the finalists of the CREATE AND COOK competition visits an enterprising farm who produce their own brand of rape seed oil.
